Carry of the Week: Week 8 – Short Cross Carry

Short Cross Carry

Tied At Shoulder/slipknot variation:

This is a poppable front carry that can be done with a midlength woven wrap and pretied to pop baby in and out.

Tying it at the shoulder with a slipknot makes it a bit more adjustable than regular short cross carry.

Carry of the Week: Week 6 – Double Hammock

Double Hammock

This is a wonderful carry with multiple passes over baby plus a chest belt, which makes it especially great for bigger/heavier babies and toddlers. Make sure you get the chest pass tight for the most comfort!

This carry generally uses your “base” size, which for most is a Size 5 or Size 6 wrap. If you are a size S/M in tshirt, your base will likely be a size 5, and if you are M/L/XL your base size will be size 6.
